Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of psychology, sociology (preferred);
• A confident user of Microsoft Office programs;
• Experience in interpersonal communication and communication with internal and external by clients;
• Experience in personnel management;
• Experience in a similar position (preferred);
• Aspiration to learn and train others;
• Skills public speaking skills, the ability to control an audience;
• Online communication skills, a confident user of Zoom;
• Competent oral and written Ukrainian language;
• Readiness for business trips.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting trainings and adapting them to different groups, including Middle/Top managers;
• Participating in the development of trainings based on the needs and current level of staff development, creating and updating training modules (online and offline);
• Development of methodological materials for personnel training, support in adaptation of employees, development of a mentoring system in the company;
• Organization and creation of online training and video content for employees;
• Organization and support of training, provision of necessary support and consultations after training;
• Preparation of statistical reports and evaluation of training effectiveness;
• Organization of training program testing, receiving feedback from department heads and program adjustments based on received feedback.
