• ability to conduct online and offline training events equally well;

  • conducting educational activities: distance learning, classroom and online training, coaching, etc.;
  • compilation of methodical materials, training courses and tests for new employees, as well as for improving the qualifications of existing employees employees;
  • monitoring the level of knowledge of employees;
  • cooperation with the management and other divisions of the company on issues of training and personnel development;
