Creative, proactive and responsible employee, whose main tasks will be:

• training the Sales Team: identifying needs, working with objections, negotiations, communicative adaptations, application of emotional intelligence at work, etc.;

• collection and analysis of feedback from training participants;

• independent development of training programs and methodical materials ;

• assessment of training effectiveness;

• record keeping and reporting on training, professional development, staff development.

What we are we expect from our candidate:

• mandatory work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;

• active use of modern teaching methods and practices;< /p>

• the ability to develop and maintain the attention and involvement of the group, to include all training participants in the training process;

• knowledge of personnel evaluation methods;

• skills in the independent development of training programs ;
