Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience (required);
• experience with the 1C accounting program is an advantage;
• Fluent in Ukrainian;
• strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize work, good analytical and problem-solving skills, willingness to share knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• assessing personnel;
• working with employees to develop their skills and abilities through determination of training needs and promotion of relevant opportunities for training;
• development of a distance learning system;
• preparation of regular reports for the head of the personnel management department;
• development and implementation of motivational events;
• support of corporate culture.
