We expect:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in product retail
• Proficiency in modern teaching methods
• Using the results of employee evaluations to create subsequent training programs that would ensure their further growth and development
• Conducting online training, creating educational materials, administration of a distance learning learning platform
• Experience using distance learning platforms (Moodle, Zoom, Google Classroom, etc. + experience in other LMS will be an advantage).

• Knowledge of design principles and presentation design (video editing and interactive creation skills will be a plus) and educational materials
• Ability to effectively use technology for educational purposes and knowledge of popular programs for creating educational materials (PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, etc.).

What to do:

• Training of personnel in accordance with the requirements and standards of the Company
• Development of training programs, plans, practical and seminar classes in disciplines according to positions and other materials that ensure the quality of training of employees
• Preparation of methodological materials for training and attestation of interns
• Conducting current and final control of employees' knowledge
• Creating internal presentations, methodology and training program according to the needs of the company in various formats (pptx/SKORM )
• Creation of training instructions
• Administration of the learning portal (LMS)
• Creation of infographics
• Team launch of the distance learning system
• Development of educational materials for employees of the retail network
• Conducting group online training
