Our friendly team and family is looking for a driven, creative and conscientious "Training Manager".

We are looking for an ambitious, creative, persistent person who wants to grow and develop together with the company, achieve new goals and develop interesting innovative projects in personnel training and evaluation, is not afraid of active work and is ready to work with large amounts of information.

Your tasks:

• development of educational materials (presentations, e-courses);
• creation of educational video content;
• preparation of tests to evaluate learning results;
• communication with category managers on issues of materials in the range;< /li>
• development and implementation of training activities for sales consultants;

You are our candidate if:

• have experience in creating educational materials;
• confidently use PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Google Slides;
• fluent in the Ukrainian language;
• You have a systematic approach to work, you are attentive to details and responsible.
