Your role in joint success:

1. Administrative support of training programs and events (online and offline).
2. Search, communication and coordination of cooperation with training providers.
3. Preparation of contracts, invoices, payment control, interaction with financial units.
4. Maintenance databases on educational activities, generating reports.
5. Technical support of participants during online training (connection, access, registration).
6. Preparation of materials, lists of participants, invitations, feedback questionnaires.
7. Administration of the electronic learning system (LMS), preparation of analytics and reporting.

Your background, which we required:

1. Ability to work with documents, invoices, Excel files.
2. Excellent organization and attention to detail.
3. Responsibility, punctuality, the ability to manage several processes at the same time.
4. Communication and the ability to build effective interaction with internal and external partners.
5. Desirable knowledge of the English language at the level of business correspondence (will an advantage).
6. Experience in training, HR or administrative support from 1 year will be an advantage.
