We are currently looking for a HR specialist who will be responsible for the effective recruitment and search of talent for the company 1+1 media in the field of TV and marketing (promo, design, SMM, PR, analytics).

• have a higher education (economics, psychology, management);
• have work experience in a similar position - from 1 year;
• have experience in the media industry (will be considered an advantage);
• possesses recruitment techniques of various levels of complexity;
• have a high level of responsibility and self-organization;
• goal oriented and have high communication skills ;
• wish to learn and develop in the field of HR.

As a plus player, you will:

• processing applications for searching and placing vacancies on all search resources;
• processing and selecting resumes for open vacancies;
• planning and conducting interviews;< /li>

• maintaining an internal database of candidates, forming a personnel reserve, filling out monthly reports;
