We are looking for a personnel specialist (HR / personnel manager) who will become a reliable support for the internal processes of the company's HR processes, as well as ensure correct keeping personnel and military records for clients.

Main duties:

Personnel and military accounting

Selection and work with personnel

• Conducting initial interviews and testing of candidates

Communication and interaction

• Communication with managers and teams
• Interaction with clients, partners and contractors on HR issues

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of personnel accounting / HR from 1 year
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine
• Practical experience in personnel and military accounting
• Experience in personnel selection
• Ability to work independently and with several tasks at the same time
• Literary Ukrainian language, clear business communication
