Personnel specialist, HR Manager in Silpo

We invite you to join our Fozzy Group logistics team, which provides goods to the Silpo trade network, for the position of personnel specialist.

Your main duties will be:

• Posting vacancies on job sites
• Conducting telephone interviews
• Organizing meetings with candidates and accompanying them at all stages of the process
• Maintaining the candidate database and updating statuses vacancies
• Adaptation of new employees
• Organization of motivational events
• Participation in other projects of the HR department.

For work you will need:

• Higher education
• Confident use of a PC (MS Office, Internet, e-mail)
• Communication, active life position, purposefulness.
