The Eastern Europe Foundation announces a competition for the position of HR specialist. Start date: May 2024. Location: Kyiv, Ukraine. Employment: full-time. Work format: offline/online HR specialist under the leadership of HR manager will work with by the entire team of the Foundation to support the personnel potential of the Foundation and promote the multifaceted professional contribution of the staff to the achievement of the common goals of the organization. Tasks and responsibilities: participation in the implementation of training programs and development of employee competencies; participation and assistance in the development of motivational systems for the team; support and development of corporate the Fund's culture; participation in the development and analysis of job profiles, if necessary; assistance in organizing and conducting an annual personnel assessment; participation in the organization and conduct of the full recruitment cycle for the Foundation's open vacancies (advertising, search using job sites, social networks and other professional of resources, organization of interviews with candidates, creation of a personnel reserve list, etc.); participation in accompanying the employee in the process of adaptation (conducting welcome-meetings, assistance in adaptation, organization of the phase of summing up the results of the trial period); organization of internal questionnaires (upon approval or request of the Foundation management );participation in the development of team building programs; participation and support in the development of interaction and communication processes in the team; assistance in maintaining regulatory documentation on personnel management issues; assistance and participation in the creation of online and offline materials (manuals, courses) for the staff of the Foundation ;preparation of letters and reports;keeping calendars, working records, including minutes of meetings;fulfillment of other tasks and responsibilities of the manager.Qualification requirements:Availability of higher education in psychology or other relevant field.At least two years of relevant work experience.Availability of skills from all of the listed above tasks. High communication skills, flexibility in behavior, the ability to work in a team and adhere to professional standards. Fluency in Ukrainian and preferably English. Knowledge of MS Office tools.
