We are currently looking for a Personnel Specialist.

Professional duties:

• Organization and control of HR processes (adaptation, assessment, personnel administration);
• Control over the state of labor discipline, compliance with the rules of internal labor regulations;
• Forming and issuing certificates of employment to employees;
• Tracking changes in labor legislation and other regulatory documents;
• Consulting managers and employees on labor legislation;
• Organization and control of training for employees (training on labor protection, internal integration training, trainings, etc.);
• Maintaining internal communication of the store (updating information regarding the organization chart of departments, notifying employees about news, events, changes through various communication channels);
• Organization and resolution of administrative issues related to store personnel (ordering and accounting for work uniforms/shoes, accounting for corporate phones, etc.);
• Organization and participation in the organization of events aimed at improving the working conditions and comfort of employees, increasing their efficiency at work;
• Participation in HR department projects;
• Solving administrative and organizational issues.

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR inspector will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, regulatory acts, requirements for the formation of personnel documents is desirable;
• Analytical abilities, attention to details;
• Sociability, responsibility and desire for development;
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions.
