Requirements:
- education: Higher education;
- 2 years of work experience;
- legislative and regulatory acts, methodical materials on personnel accounting and movement, labor legislation;
- standards of a unified system of record keeping, organizational and administrative documentation;
- current legislation on the hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees; the procedure for accounting for the specifics of the transfer of personnel and the preparation of established reports, the procedure for establishing the names of employees' professions, the general and continuous experience of a certain job, benefits, compensations for employees; the procedure for maintaining a data bank about the company's personnel;
- experienced user: MS Office (Word, Excel), skills in working with the Internet, e-mail, knowledge of 1C.

Duties:
- keeps records of the personnel of the enterprise, its divisions in accordance with the unified forms of primary accounting documentation;
- regulates the hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions, orders of the head of the enterprise, instructions of the department management;
- forms and manages personal files of employees, makes changes related to work activities;
- determines work experience, issues certificates of current and past work activities of employees;
- enters records in labor books on incentives and rewards at the request of employees;
- keeps records of the granting of vacations to employees, supervises the preparation and observance of regular vacation schedules;
- maintains an archive of personal files, after the expiration of the established periods of current storage, prepares documents for handing them over to the state archive;
- compiles established reports on work with personnel.
