The main duties of this position are:

• Ensuring and controlling the development, implementation and execution of internal organizational normative and regulatory documentation.
• Establishing the measure of personnel labor costs (time norms, norms production, service standards, staffing standards) in specific organizational and technical conditions.
• Conducting photos of the working day, photo-timekeeping measurements during the study of labor processes.
• Controlling the growth of staff numbers on the basis of methods its calculation and established norms.
• Calculation of the number of employees by management functions and structural subdivisions in accordance with industry standards of numbers, analysis of deviations.
• Preparation of reports.

• Work experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation, organization of production and management.
• Knowledge of the procedure for developing labor standards; mathematical methods used to calculate norms.
• High level of Excel.
• Organizational abilities.
• Analytical abilities.
