Vacancy: Recruitment specialist

Main duties:

Conducting initial interviews with candidates (telephone format)

Inviting candidates to face-to-face interviews in the company

Closing active vacancies

Completing internal reporting in tables

Cooperation with management to determine staffing needs

You do not need to search for candidates yourself!

You work with relevant resumes provided by the manager - they are already "warm contacts", that is, people who are interested in the job.

 Remuneration terms:

Fixed rate  

Bonus for each candidate who passes the interview

Additional payments for the fulfillment of KPIs (for example, adaptation of a new employee, performance)

Average income level: from 20,000 to 30,000 UAH (rate + bonuses).
