An environmentally friendly manufacturing company is looking for a focused and efficient Recruiter/Recruiter to help us achieve our goals.

Requirements:

• higher education;
• successful experience in recruitment of various levels from 0.5 years (also open to newcomers who are just starting a career in this direction);
• experience in adaptation and evaluation of personnel;
• ability to work with professionals sites and social networks;
• excellent knowledge of modern methods of attracting personnel;
• professional qualities: flexibility in communication, independence, ability to be effective in multitasking mode.

Responsibilities:

• active search and selection of production and office personnel: writing and posting vacancies, screening resumes, telephone interviews, organizing interviews with managers, providing feedback to candidates;
• timely closing vacancies;
• using various sources to find candidates;
• interaction with internal customers: creating a job profile, providing feedback, supporting the adaptation process of "newcomers";
• participation in the company's HR projects;
• monitoring and analysis of the labor market;
• managing the candidate database and reporting;
