What we will entrust you with:

• Participation in the job briefing, fixing the requirements for the role, using the results of the briefing as a basis for the search
• Interpreting the recommendations in the search strategy, using all publicly available resources for the search talents, posting vacancies on job portals and social networks
• Selection of resumes, conducting telephone interviews using various reliable selection tools/methods, providing feedback to candidates
• Conducting screening of the incoming stream , conducting initial interviews with candidates, providing feedback and referring relevant candidates for consideration to the hiring manager, supporting the manager in the hiring process
• Tracking the progress of vacancies and entering data on candidates in order to create a database and talent reserves
