Personnel search manager, recruiter (Palace of Sports) in HR-PARTNER

Recruiter/Recruiter, Kyiv, Palac Sportu metro station

Salary: rate 35-40 thousand UAH. per month "clean"

A legal company that provides services in various fields of law (criminal, family, administrative, economic, labor and civil).

Work in the office, not remotely.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (preferable);
• Professional work experience of 2 years or more - searching for personnel, organizing and conducting interviews;
• Experience in working with job sites (creating job postings, publications, etc.);
• High communication skills, fluent Ukrainian, neat appearance.

Responsibilities:

• Creating job profiles, posting ads, working with job sites;
• Arrangement of interview times with management, organization of interviews;
• Direct search for personnel;
• On average, 3-5 vacancies need to be closed per month (legal department, administrative staff).

Terms jobs:

• Official employment;
• Work schedule: Mon-Fri, from 09:00 to 18:00;
• Work in the office (not remotely), office 2 min. on foot from the Palac Sportu subway;
• There are no commissions for employment.
