Competition for the services of an HR specialist

GO GLOBAL is an educational foundation engaged in the formation of social intelligence, creative and entrepreneurial skills in children and youth of Ukraine.

The project of institutional support is implemented within the framework of the project "Program for promoting public activity "Join!", which funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Pact in Ukraine.

Responsibilities and areas:

1. Recruitment of experts;

Planning and conducting interviews;

2. Maintenance of internal calendar - reminders about holidays/weekends, birthday greetings, etc.;

3. Maintenance of team database; collection of all information from employees;

4. Providing support to managers and employees on personnel-related issues such as performance management, employee relations, etc.;

5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee databases;

6. Managing the hiring process for all open positions, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, providing job offers, onboarding new employees;

7. Prevention and resolution of conflicts and problems arising between employees;

8. Creation and implementation of internal policies of the organization;

9. Improving corporate culture and communication channels;

10. Other administrative tasks as needed;

11. Interaction with managers and management of the organization for the development of new projects, ideas and project initiatives.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education;

• Relevant work experience of at least 3 years. Work experience related to the activities of public organizations will be an advantage;

• Excellent knowledge of oral and written business Ukrainian language;

• Proficiency in English (is an advantage);

• A confident PC user, knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), skills in working with Google services;

• Strict adherence to deadlines;

• Responsibility.

• Experience in the field;

• Professional skills and qualifications;

• Cost of services.
