WHAT TO DO?

• Orient yourself in the labor market of the retail industry, relevant resources for searching, using different methods to attract personnel, understand how to better promote vacancies, the ability to hear and describe the main requirements from customers;

• Form a hiring plan and budget for its implementation together with the business;

• Make a high-quality screening of resumes, appoint and conduct interviews, provide a high-quality assessment of candidates, accompany the manager and the candidate at each stage and provide timely feedback;

• Negotiate with the candidate on terms of employment, form a job offer and, together with the personnel administration department, coordinate the start of a new employee;

• Coordinate the onboarding process, including conducting a welcome presentation, introduction to the company and key stakeholders, tasks for the trial period;

  
  

• Conduct high-quality recruiting analytics and improve the hiring process based on it;

• Conduct training for managers on the recruitment process in general and interview skills in particular.
