Participation in adaptation, training, evaluation staff, development of training programs, training. Participation in measures to develop the employer brand: external and internal communications. Other tasks and projects in logistics HR. Requirements: Experience in logistics - knowledge of the market of logistics companies, qualification requirements for employees of these companies is highly desirable , logistics work processes, experience in the development of HR projects in logistics companies. The presence of effective cases on the development of adaptation programs for beginners. Possession of modern personnel search tools using various sources and methods. Employer brand development skills: organizing various internal and external events, writing posts and articles. The presence of experience in the implementation of interesting ideas regarding the organization of personnel training, evaluation of its effectiveness. Experience of interaction with universities specializing in logistics. experience in the field of personnel selection in the position of personnel manager in a logistics company for 3 years or more in a personnel selection agency (specialization — logistics); • knowledge and practical experience of using various personnel search tools; responsible approach to work, proactivity, sociability, teamwork; language literacy (Ukrainian, preferably English at the level of understanding texts, correspondence, minimal communication).
