The main tasks of the position: (located in order of priority in relation to business needs) Development and integration of HR strategy Creation, control and management of HR budget Implementation of the full cycle of personnel search and hiring Analysis of the effectiveness of recruiting channels and their improvement Development of the process of adaptation of new employees and support in the process of adaptation Monitoring of the mood and socio-psychological atmosphere among employees Conducting motivational interviews to improve morale psychological state of the team Creation of a personnel efficiency assessment system and analysis of personnel potential Organization of personnel document flow, management of personnel documentation, creation of corporate policies, procedures, job and technical instructions Increasing the effectiveness of the salary and compensation system Development, creation and integration of motivation systems and KPI Organization of seminars, master classes, trainings of appointed for professional development and professional development of employees Organization of corporate team-building events, holidays, employee birthday greetings Strengthening, development and support of corporate culture Broadcasting of an atmosphere that stimulates creativity, innovation and a sense of comfort in workplaces Requirements: Higher education in the field of psychology or personnel management Work experience from 1 year in a position HR Generalist, HR business partner, HR managerExperience in recruiting from 2 yearsKnowledge of modern methods of finding and selecting personnelHigh level of self-organization and excellent communication skillsLove of people and desire for continuous developmentFluency in Ukrainian and English at the intermediate levelCreative approach, use of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies will be a plus Important!
