Among the main products: responsible storage and handling of cargo, local distribution, road transportation in Ukraine, international road transportation, transportation by sea, by road, by air, and customs brokerage https://www.uvk.ua/In connection with development company, increasing the number of personnel and ambitious tasks of the company - we invite to our team a manager of recruitment and training of personnel with experience in finding and training personnel of logistics companies. Task: Recruitment of middle-level personnel (logistics, sales managers of logistics services, heads of directions in logistics). Participation in adaptation (development of adaptation programs), organization of staff training, staff assessment (professional, psychological, eNPS, assessment centers, 360* assessment), development of training programs, conducting training. Participation in measures to develop the employer brand: external and internal communications (writing articles, posts, conducting interviews with employees, organizing contests, corporate events, other tasks and projects in logistics HR. Requirements: Experience in logistics - highly desirable knowledge of the market of logistics companies, qualification requirements for employees of these companies, logistics work processes, experience development of HR projects specifically in logistics companies. Availability of successful cases of development of adaptation programs for newcomers. Possession of modern personnel search tools using various sources and methods. Employer brand development skills: organization of various internal and external events, writing posts and articles. Availability in experience implementation of interesting ideas regarding the organization of personnel training, evaluation of its effectiveness. Experience of interaction with higher education institutions specializing in logistics. and practical experience of using various personnel search tools; • responsible approach to work, proactivity, sociability, teamwork; • language literacy (Ukrainian, preferably English at the level of understanding texts, correspondence).
