What needs to be done: search and selection of personnel; determination of recruitment channels and search for candidates; organization of the interview process; formation of a personnel reserve; ensuring the candidate's collection of primary documents; accompanying the process of undergoing initial training; ensuring the process of entry of new employees to the position. We expect from you: higher education; from similar work in the position for at least 1 year; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), 1C; knowledge of modern methods of personnel selection and adaptation; experience in organizing the mass recruitment process.
