We are currently looking for an HR specialist for our internal HR department who/ and will strengthen our team and become part of the history of Smart Solutions :)
What will you do :
- Searching for candidates;
- Conducting telephone interviews and initial assessment of candidates;
- Maintaining the database of candidates in ATS;
- Accompanying candidates during the adaptation period;
- Participating in other projects of the department.
- Experience in the search, selection and adaptation of personnel from 2 years;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of recruitment methods and candidate evaluation; ?
- The desire to develop;
- Courage in solving interesting tasks and creativity;
- The desire to learn every day.
