What you need to do: Collects and analyzes data on the number of labor costs and productivity of employees Calculates the planned number of personnel for positions, according to the approved norms of the methodologyPerforms periodic monitoring of indicators of the number, working hours and labor productivity during the pilot implementation of new methodologies for planning the number of personnel Conducts interviews with employees and their managers, collects expert assessmentsProcesses statistical data of accounting systems, dashboards and other sources. Compiles calculation models in MS Excel.
