What to do:

• Monitors the compliance of the Company's units with approved headcount planning methods
• Analyzes the efficiency of work organization and the rational use of labor resources
• Analyzes labor productivity, the structure of the number of personnel, the efficiency of the organizational structure and other indicators of personnel efficiency and productivity
• Develops and organizes the implementation of measures aimed at improving labor productivity, rational use of labor resources and other performance indicators
• Analyzes and prepares expert opinions on applications and initiatives to change the HR and organizational structure, prepares drafts of staffing and organizational structure changes
• Develops analytical and presentation materials on issues of personnel management
• Develops and organizes the approval of administrative and normative-methodical documents on personnel management issues
• Controls compliance of the actual number with the approved staff list and, if necessary, organizes measures to eliminate deviations
  

We expect from you:

• higher education
• Skills in collecting and processing large amounts of data;
• Experience in conducting timings
• Experience in modeling and analysis in Excel
• MS Office - at the user level, MS Excel - no lower than the average level (VPR, Pivot Tables)
• Principles of statistical data processing and visualization
• Multitasking
• Independence and timeliness in the performance of tasks
