• Have 2 years of work experience;
< li>You are fluent in the Ukrainian language;
• You have analytical skills;
• You are attentive, stress-resistant, responsible, and multitasking;
• You have knowledge of HR and HR administration;< /li>
• Experience in calculating wages, calculating vacation, sick leave and compensations
• A confident user of MS Office.
• Experience in keeping military records at the enterprise and documentation on labor protection will be a pleasant addition

What we will entrust to you:

• Maintenance of the full cycle of personnel records;
• Formation of the prescribed package of documents during the employment and dismissal of employees;
• Maintenance of military records, submission of documents to the TCC and JV and support of the reservation procedure;
• Maintenance and accounting of all types of vacations and sick days;
• Compilation of staff list of enterprises;
• Compilation of job instructions, protocols, regulations and orders ;
• Control of compliance with the norms of labor legislation and monitoring of changes to it;
• Issuance, accounting, storage and maintenance of labor books, as well as their digitization;
• Preparation of certificates at the request of employees and consulting on personnel matters;
• Submitting a notification to the DPS authorities on acceptance and PFU on all changes to the personnel at the enterprise;
• Preliminary preparation of the report from the EWS for providing verification to the head accountant.
