Personnel officer, HR consultant in EBS

We are looking for an HR consultant (personnel officer) for outsourcing to our clients (international companies) with English at least at the Pre-intermediate level. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: higher education; work experience in the HR department from 2 years; work experience in international companies will be a priority ; knowledge of personnel administration; thorough knowledge of the regulatory framework (KzpP, Law on Vacations, etc.); work experience in 1C (Knowledge of ZUP 8.3) will be a priority; knowledge of the English language at the Pre-intermediate level. MAIN FUNCTIONAL DUTIES: organization and management of personnel administration for our clients (international companies); provision of advice on labor legislation; interaction with government bodies.
