We invite the cooperation of a personnel manager, with the function of personnel administration, in the network of markets "LotOK". What we expect from the candidate: it is desirable to have work experience in a similar position (personnel manager/ personnel inspector), the desire to develop in recruiting and to gain knowledge of the Ukrainian labor market and in other regulatory and legal acts regulating labor relations; desire and ability to learn quickly, ability to work with a large amount of information; knowledge of the MS Office program package, 1C; activity, sociability. Basic functional duties: recruitment of personnel (cashiers, sellers, administrators); registration of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees; maintenance of personal files, P-2 cards, work books of employees; registration of vacations, organization and control over the provision of annual vacations; maintenance of statistical reporting on personnel; formation of a candidate reserve database.
