We are looking for a colleague in the team for the role of HR Generalist, personnel manager with recruiter functions on a permanent basis.

If you:

• have HR experience , HR Generalist from 1 year,
• successful experience of closing vacancies at various levels,
• possesses modern methods of personnel selection and development,
• experience in working with HR metrics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• we value your responsibility, organization, ability to work in a team and multitasking mode,
• result-oriented, open, empathic, and you also have knowledge of KZpP of Ukraine and a confident PC user (Excel, Word, Power Point, Google Docs, Sheets, Forms),
• your education in the field and professional courses will be an advantage

Features and tasks:

• participation in the development and reorganization of the company's organizational structure, regular monitoring of the labor market
• full recruiting cycle: personnel selection, analytics
• adaptation of personnel, support in up-to-date existing and development of maps and job profiles for new positions
• holding 1:1 meetings, exit interviews
• regular staff assessment: questionnaires, 360 assessment
• material and immaterial motivation, retention of key employees
• support and development of corporate culture, promotion of the HR brand
• filling and updating on a permanent basis Welcome Book/internal site for employees, Corporate Code, writing news texts, creation of regular reports on the company in video format (entertainment)
• organizationorganizing events for employees, conducting team building activities, celebrating holidays, ordering goods with corporate symbols
• participating in the development of job instructions, filling out personal files and cards, work books, managing vacations, creating staff schedules, issuing orders
• advising management on issues of interaction with staff
