Work in machine-building production and construction (40-80 people)
Requirements:
- higher specialized education (preferred)
- Knowledge of labor laws of Ukraine, legislative and regulatory acts, methodical materials on labor protection issues,
- skills in working with Microsoft Office computer programs, 1C personnel (confident level).
Responsibilities:
- HIRING, HIRING, HIRING! providing the company with STAFF.
- Ensuring the full cycle of recruiting (searching for personnel for all positions);
- preparing, posting and updating vacancies on various resources;
- conducting interviews; evaluation of candidates and verification of recommendations;
- monitoring of the labor market, preparation of necessary reports;
- formation of personnel reserve;
- creation and use of a system of motivation and stimulation of personnel;
- organization of the process of training and professional development of employees (distance and in-person training), drawing up schedules of completed trainings, planning future schedules;
- Management of personnel records (Preparation of orders, admission, dismissal, transfer of leave, report card in 1C, other); and control of keeping the employee attendance book;
- organization of various events at the enterprise.
- Performing work as an ASSISTANT/ASSISTANT MANAGER
Working conditions:
- official employment, stable salary
- work schedule: Mon.-Fri. from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
The final salary is determined by the results of the interview andpassing the probationary period (PAY FOR RESULTS!!!).
