Main tasks: Full cycle of recruiting: from accepting a job application from the hiring manager to accepting a new employee on the first working day); Publishing vacancies on job search sites and, if necessary, searching for new channels; Screening resumes (reviews) for vacancies and independent search for the best talent (relevant) candidates; Conducting the initial interview and subsequent stages with hiring managers; Providing feedback; Negotiating terms of cooperation with future employees and drawing up offers; Onboarding a new employee on the first working day. For successful work, you need: Have previous successful experience as a recruiter\HR\manager hiring specialists from 1 year; Be able to adapt and quickly adapt to new requirements in vacancies; Ability to present the company and the vacancy to potential employees; Skills to analyze your work and results and, if necessary, make changes approach; The desire to develop professionally and achieve super results; The ability to find a common language with people and avoid "sharp corners"; Knowledge of the English language (to assess the level of knowledge of candidates) at the Upper-intermediate+ level.
