PERSONNEL MANAGER
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participation in the planning of the company's HR strategy for periods and its implementation;
- Staff motivation: not financial motivation;
- Organization of the process of adaptation and training;
- Recruitment of personnel in Ukraine: creating announcements on work resources, in social networks and messengers, working with current resume databases and incoming resume;
- Maintenance of databases on personnel for statistics, reporting (CRM, GoogleDocs);
- Communications with key responsible employees of the company for quality implementation of projects.
NECESSARY COMPETENCES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS
- Successful work experience in positions: personnel manager, HR manager, HR generalist, recruitment manager, recruiter.
- Higher professional education or similar - desirable;
- High level of presentation and communication skills;
- Positive experience in personnel selection - knowledge and understanding of modern methods and opportunities;
- Competent business communication and correspondence;
- Experience with CRM systems, GoogleDocs;
- A confident user of modern technology and all means of communication, messengers, social networks;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Personal qualities: proactivity, organizational skills, optimism, initiative, developed communication skills, analytical skills, responsibility, attention attention to detail, positive attitude, stress resistance.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Office next to the metro (Holosiivsky district);
- Work in the office, full-time, 5-day week (hybrid work is possible upon agreement);
- Business trip not foreseen;
- Official employment;
