We are looking for an experienced specialist in personnel accounting and military accounting at the company for full-time employment. We expect a high level of responsibility, concentration and self-organization. company;

Responsibilities

"related to labor activity.
-filling, keeping records and keeping work books,
-development of job instructions
-keeping records of the granting of vacations to employees, monitoring the preparation and observance of regular vacation schedules.
br/>-maintenance of the archive of personal files, after the expiration of the established terms of current storage, preparation of documents for their submission to the state archive.
-accounting of business trips, preparation of primary documents;
-completion of the time sheet;
-accounting of conscripts (verification of military documents, booking of employees, preparation of reports on booked;
-work with the electronic office of the PF, online service VCHASNO;
-control of the availability of correctly issued documents from suppliers, sending documents to buyers, returning documents to suppliers;
-archiving documents, working with correspondence;
-fulfilling the chief accountant's orders, interaction with other departments of the company.
