Key functions:

• Provision of administrative support, preparation of packets of documents for hiring of employees of television directorate.

• Administration of the development/approval of the provisions and job descriptions of the relevant structural units of the television Directorate
• Administrative support and preparation of necessary internal documentation for international business trips and business trips in Ukraine.
• Preparing answers to seizures of third -party enterprises, institutions, organizations, etc.
• Ensuring and signing documents in the Megapolis Electronic Document Management System

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years.
• Awareness in the field of current legislative and regulations, regulations, orders, orders, normative documents concerning labor law.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of information.
• Higher education (master/specialist) of the relevant direction of preparation.
