We expect:

• Work experience HR manager / recruiter from 1 year

• Developed communication skills, ability to work with different categories of personnel

• Initiative, systematic, desire to develop in HR

• Experience in recruiting personnel for production, mass recruitment - will be an advantage

Your tasks:

• Full cycle of search and selection of production personnel

• Active recruiting: social networks, messengers, recommendations, regional communities, educational facilities, channels for out-of-towners, other

• Conducting interviews

• Supporting the adaptation of new employees, interaction with managers divisions

• Active participation in the development of HR areas: improvement of hiring and adaptation processes; participation in the development of the employer's brand; development of referral programs.

• Labor market and salary monitoring

• HR reporting and analytics
