Personnel manager, HR Generalist in Sky Loft Hotel Kyiv by Rixwell

We are looking for a responsible HR specialist and a creative recruitment manager to join our Sky Loft Hotel team. Your role will be an important link in the development of our hotel, using practice in the field of human resources. Responsibilities: Management of personnel records: time sheets, maintenance and registration of work books, vacation schedules, admission-transfer-dismissal of employees, personal affairs, processing of sick leave lists, etc. Carry out a full cycle of personnel selection: placement of vacancies, interviews and evaluation of candidates, adaptation and support of personnel, development of KPIs and reporting, salary cut and labor market analysis, feeling of the atmosphere in the team, prevention of conflict situations. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position from 2 years; Higher education in the specialty of personnel management, psychology or related fields; Knowledge of legislation (!!!) regulating labor relations and constant monitoring of its changes; Ability to effectively conduct interviews, evaluate candidates and close vacancies in a timely manner; High level of communication skills and the ability to negotiate; Orientation to results and the ability to work in conditions of a high pace of work.
