The company "Mix-Bet Ukraine" (https://mixbet.com.ua) for the production of concrete and the small cleaning company "AV CLEANING" (https://av-cleaning.com) are looking for a responsible, proactive and experienced person to join their team PERSONNEL MANAGER (HR). Responsibilities: selection of candidates for various positions in the company, formation of a personnel reserve; organization of integration of new employees into the team; ensuring the implementation of personnel procedures from hiring to dismissal of employees; maintaining documentation related to personnel records and labor relations; monitoring the labor market, participation in the implementation of motivational programs for personnel; resolving conflict situations and maintaining employee satisfaction; the total staff at two enterprises is about 40-50 employees. Requirements: experience in personnel management - from 2 years; understanding of the principles and procedures of personnel management; the ability to work with personnel documentation and ensure its timely and accurate execution; excellent communication skills; knowledge of labor legislation and personnel issues; desirable experience of working with personnel accounting databases and programs; initiative, attention to detail, responsibility, active lifestyle.
