Your duties: Organize the departure of the Company's employees to the client's facility to perform the stipulated work in a timely manner and in full; Carry out adaptation measures for new employeesContinuously monitor the social and psychological atmosphere among employees, conduct motivational conversations with employees to improve their morale and psychological state. Keep daily, weekly and monthly documentary records of completed work, properly prepared.
