HR manager in Logistic Forklift

The duties of this position include:

• management of the personnel of the technical department: closing vacancies (locksmiths, storekeepers, handymen...), organization of the process of training and adaptation of newcomers, monitoring of moods, analysis of the reasons for dismissal, etc.;
• personnel administration: maintaining personal files and work books, hiring, dismissal, vacations, orders, certificates from the place of work, accounting of working hours, labor protection;
• participation in other projects of the department (organization of greetings, corporate events, etc. ).

We expect from the candidate:

• experience in recruitment, closing vacancies, preferably experience in mass recruitment;
• experience in personnel administration is not mandatory, but will be an added plus;
• responsibility, independence, organization.
