Responsibilities: keeping personnel records (orders on admission, dismissal, transfer, leave, sick leaves, etc.); interaction with state authorities, reporting to the employment center; control of the preparation of time sheets working time in the regions; drawing up certificates and documents; recruiting; staff motivation. Requirements for the candidate: higher education; knowledge of personnel accounting and the basics of labor legislation; experience of working as a personnel inspector from 2 years; confident user of Microsoft office (Word, Excel - mandatory mandatory),1C 7; 1C 8; attention to details, the ability to work with a large amount of information and set priorities.
