  1. Control of the personnel search process;
  2. Filling in the staffing schedule by divisions;
  3. Organization of the implementation of internship and personnel adaptation processes;
  4. Participation in the construction of the employer brand;
  5. Communication with related departments;
  6. Analysis of the labor market according to various indicators.
