Responsibilities: search and selection of personnel, according to submitted applications from the heads of divisions (shops), conducting interviews; preparing and publishing announcements about the availability of vacancies; supervising the training of new employees during the adaptation period; monitoring salary level by city and regions; collection and formation of documents for registration; Requirements: work experience in similar positions from 1 year; higher education (personnel management, psychology); experience in recruiting personnel, keeping personnel records, knowledge of personnel legislation; experience in drafting of regulatory documents (regulations, job instructions) confident PC user: MSWord, MSExcel, 1C, management of social networks; stress resistance, readiness to resolve conflicts; determination to obtain positive results and fulfill assigned tasks.
