Personnel management specialist in Ekoklub

Ekoklub is an environmental protection public organization in Rivne that has been working to protect the environment for more than 25 years. We are looking for a person who will share the organization's values ​​and work with us in the field of fair energy transition and "green" restoration of Ukraine. 
 

Place of work: city of Rivne. 
Type of employment: part-time
 

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full cycle of personnel administration in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine; 

 

• Maintenance of time sheets; 

• Keeping records of work books / electronic work books; 

font-style: normal">Organization and support of inspections by regulatory authorities (State Labor, PFU, etc.);

• Interaction with regulatory authorities during inspections, preparation of responses to requests; 

• Consulting management and employees on labor law issues; 

work in a similar position from 3 years; 

• Mandatory experience passing inspections by regulatory bodies; 

• Basic knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine; 

• Experience in managing personnel records in full; 

 
UAH 000 - 20,000 depending on experience and employment format (part-time employment)
