Main responsibilities:
- Examination of primary documents during employment, transfer, dismissal.
- Maintenance of personnel records in full.
- Maintenance personal affairs of employees and familiarization of employees with orders (recruitment, dismissal, transfer, vacations).
- Interaction with employees of the enterprise regarding issues related to personnel administration and labor relations.
- Maintenance of military records of conscripts and conscripts and reservation of conscripts for the enterprise in peacetime and during the period of mobilization and military service of time.
- Control of changes in personal data of employees, including conscripts.
- Conducting explanatory and advisory work among conscripts and conscripts regarding military registration, mobilization.
- Interaction with recruitment and social support centers, the Pension Fund and other state bodies.
- Reporting on the number of employees and conscripts.
- Tracking of current regulatory and legal changes in the field of military accounting.
- Implementation of relevant changes in the company's internal processes.
- Participation in the development of internal regulations and procedures related to personnel and military accounting.
- Support of the timesheet process.
Basic requirements:
- Higher education.
- Experience of working in personnel service from 1 year, in companies with at least 100 people.
- Experience of preparing personnel documents in accordance with labor legislation of Ukraine.
- Practical experience of keeping military records and booking employees at the enterprise and having certification will be a plus. Willing to teach.
- Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and legislation governing issues of military accounting, mobilization, booking, etc.
- Ability to work with documentation and analytical reports.
- Experience working in Diya City conditions will be an advantage.
