Personnel management manager in the USAID project "Supporting health care reform" in Deloitte

"Deloitte" company is looking for a HR manager for the USAID "Health Care Reform Support" project. The goal of the USAID "Health Care Reform Support" project is to support a transparent, accountable and effective health care system capable of meeting the needs of the population of Ukraine . Promoting reforms in the health care sector, increasing transparency and overcoming corruption will help reduce out-of-pocket payments and improve access to high-quality, science-based medical services for Ukrainians. Eliminating corruption is the main goal of this project, which includes: improving the management of the health care sector; supporting the transformation of the health care financing model; strengthening the personnel potential of the health care system; increasing the transparency, accountability and efficiency of the health care system ; improvement of the system of service provision at all levels. Responsibilities: management of all personnel issues within the framework of the Project; management of a team of 3 people; coordination of recruitment, adaptation, training processes; control of compliance with internal procedures and policies of the Project and USAID, as well as labor legislation of Ukraine ; proactive communication with the Project management to resolve personnel issues; coordination of budgets for vacancies, coordination of the contract preparation process; fulfillment of requests of the Project management. Requirements: higher education; good command of the Ukrainian and English languages; experience of working in a similar position from 4 years; experience of working with USAID or other donors will be an advantage; excellent oral and written communication skills, stress resistance, diplomacy, tact, attention to detail; ability to work in multitasking mode, meeting deadlines, flexibility; confident user of MS Excel; opportunity to be in Kyiv, visit the office.
