 Job Responsibilities:

 Current HR Management:

  • Assist in the performance of day-to-day functions and duties of the personnel management department in the Odesa office;
  • Provide documentary and administrative support;
  • Maintain documentation, related to employees working under a contract for the provision of services;
  • Maintenance of documentation related to business trips;
  • Compilation and updating of personal files of employees (paper and electronic copies); 
  • Keeping records of employees in the WorkDay system (HRIS); 
  • Update of HR trackers (vacation tracker, personal affairs tracker, etc.); 
  • Processing of documentation and preparation of reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, complaints, performance evaluation, etc.);
  • Providing support to the personnel management specialist in resolving employee requests regarding personnel issues, rules and policies;
  • Managing personnel records in accordance with Ukrainian legislation (employment contracts, service contracts, orders, certificates, letters, etc.);
  • li>Assist the HR specialist in scanning and maintaining the personnel archive;
  • Support the HR specialist in organizing team building and training events in close cooperation with the administrative department.

Qualification requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting or personnel management/administration.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
  • Knowledge of labor law;
  • Advanced knowledge in the field of personnel administration and document management;
  • Knowledge of job search resources/vacancy placement, as well as software, databases and personnel management systems.
  • English language level - intermediate or higher, free command of the Ukrainian language.

Desired qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of human resource management or socialscience (or related fields).
  • Experience with HRIS and databases; 
  • Availability of knowledge about job search resources; 
  • Experience of conducting interviews; 
  • Experience in event organization will be an advantage; 
  • Willingness to grow professionally through networking and continuous learning opportunities.
