Personnel inspector (with standardizing functions) in Avoda Treyd, TOV

In connection with the expansion, the company needs a Human Resources Inspector with standardizing functions. "AVODA TRADE" LLC specializes in the repair of industrial equipment. The full-time number of personnel is 300.

Working conditions:

• Full time: Monday-Friday from 8.30 to 17.00;
• Salary 16,000 - 18,000 UAH depending on the conditions of the interview;
• The office is located on the territory of Kryvyi Rih Cement PJSC ( Stock 1);
• There is a stop of tram number 9 near the enterprise, and free delivery of employees by buses of the enterprise from various points of the city is also carried out.
• There is a canteen on the premises, the cost of lunch is partially compensated by the company.

What to do

• Maintenance of personnel records in 1c 8.3 in full: acceptance, transfer, dismissal.

• Control of timely receipt of documents from remote units and their systematization .

, accrual of vacation pay.
• Formation of sick leave from the PFU database, entry into 1C, calculation of sick leave.
• Formation of orders and calculation of average payment
• < p>Preparation of certificates from the place of work for provision at the place of demand.
  
  

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience of working as a personnel inspector or workshop standardizer for 2 years or more in companies with 50 or more employees;

• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts (tracking changes in legislation);

• Knowledge of personnel document flow;

• A confident PC user (Excel, etc.); knowledge of 1C 8.3 is desirable, but we can teach;

• Competent oral and written language, attention to details.

• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and in close cooperation with team members;
