Personnel inspector (single) in Maramaks

The Maramax company, which has an open vacancy, specializes in the production of cardboard packaging and POS materials. The company has been operating both on the Ukrainian and international markets since 2001. It is a full-cycle production.

 In kRequirements:

• Knowledge of personnel accounting (admission, transfer, dismissal, personnel orders, other personnel document management);
• Ownership of programs 1C.8 , MEDOK, Word, Excel;
• Experience in tabulation;
• Experience in creating and maintaining work books;
• Experience in working with electronic sick leave;
• Knowledge and control of changes in personnel legislation;
• Experience of independent management of personnel records, with a staff of 100 or more.

Responsibilities:

• keeping personnel records;
• registration of orders for hiring, dismissal, vacations of the company’s employees; books;
• preparation of labor activity certificates;
• recording of the presence of employees at the workplace;
• development of job instructions and functional duties;
• li>preparation of reports for the personnel department;
• preparation of documents for submission to archives;

We are located in the village of Shpytky (Kyiv region), on the Zhytomyr highway, village Gorenychy, town Stoyanka.

Direct routes run from the city of Nyvka (via the city of Svyatoshyn, the city of Zhytomyrska, a/station Dachna and further straight) to our transit company. Time on the road is 25-35 minutes.

There is also a corporate delivery, along the Zhytomyr highway, to Kyiv.
